​Welcome! My name is Zachary Johnson, and I’m the founder and owner of Intrinsic Health. I’m proud to bring an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy for my clients here in Oklahoma City and beyond. My philosophy of therapy and counseling is based on honoring and involving your whole person in therapy: Mind, body and spirit. Together, we’ll plumb the depths of your psyche, using your life story to uncover the hidden patterns, unexamined beliefs and unconscious forces that appear in damaging, sticky and unexpected ways in your life.
